They had no problem selling us a brand new Redwood Sequoia fifth wheel. After we got it we discovered many problems. Most small except for a leak in the slide out. Trying to get a hold of their service department is next to impossible. Never returns voicemail or email. Finally got a hold of them to get the camper in (after much effort). Got it back a week later, but still needed a part for ice maker. We agreed they would get the part the next week and husband would install it. That was about 4 weeks ago. We've tried calling and emailing. Nothing! Never a return phone call. Now today we discovered the slide out is still leaking! Wonder how long it will take to get a hold of them this time. I would not recommend doing business with this place! 4/16/18 - update - We just picked up our camper from Tiara RV for the 3rd or 4th time for the same problem. Guess what? The bedroom slide out STILL LEAKS!!! Their invoice statement versus what they told my husband they did to "fix it" this time is different! We are now waiting for a return phone call from them - again! I don't know what to do anymore, but whenever this mess is over I will never do business with Tiara RV again. They should have contacted the manufacturer the last time this happened. We bought this camper in Sept 2016. Returned it in October 2016 for the first time. Now in April 2018 we're still dealing with the same leak in the same slide out.

This place is a scam artist dealership. I ordered replacement fenders for my trailer based on what their info said I needed. I got the fender and it was wrong. I had to pay 35.00 to get my fender shipped to me, then when I called them I had to ship it back through Ebay which was 11.95 to the postal service, then they said it was to big so now I had to pay 34.00 to ups to ship then I had to pay another 35.00 for them to ship the correct fender. The fender I actually got that finally worked was for a 2014 trailer only and mine is a 2012. 115.95 in shipping cost for a 89.00 replacement fender. Then this guy thinks he did me a favor for not charging me the 20% return fee for the fender they said I needed that did not work. I see the average rating for this ass Hat dealership is a 3. Now I know why. They give new meaning to the term stealership.
