GOSHEN — Due to the effective resignation of Goshen Mayor Jeremy Stutsman at 7 p.m. Friday, June 16, a caucus has been scheduled to name a replacement to complete the term ending Dec. 31, 2023. The caucus will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 4, in the Goshen Public Library, 601 S. Fifth St. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. It is anticipated the caucus will be completed in no longer than one hour. The meeting will be open to the public. The caucus will be governed by the Indiana State statute and rules of the Indiana Democratic Party.
