Maintenance response time is ridiculous. Have an issue? Get ready to have it for a month or two before it's fixed - and that's AFTER you hound them a dozen times. In addition, the property is in an AWFUL state and is absolutely embarrassing. Abandoned cars on flats are allowed to take up the parking spaces and inconvenience everyone else. Potholes throughout the complex, broken garage doors, balconies that are unsafe and falling apart. Kids are allowed to run around unsupervised, trashing the playground and pool area, and throwing rocks from the playground at windows and doors, even with management on site. Don't believe the management when they say they care about their residents' experience here. They care enough to get you to sign a lease, then you're on your own.
