Posted: Sep 30, 2023 8:20 AM EDT ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - The City of Elkhart and Elkhart Sister City Association is hosting its second annual Hispanic Heritage Festival this afternoon. The mayor from Upon Mexico will be in attendance as she and the mayor of Elkhart will open the ceremony with the delegation of dignitaries at 12PM. There will be musical groups, multiple food vendors and over 40 artists and market vendors. There will also be free children's activities including face painting, piñatas and folk dancers.
