CWRV Transport in Elkhart, Indiana

First, let me say I understand why I was denied to be a driver at this time. It wasn't because of a clean driving record which I have. It wasn't because of drugs or felonies because I have none. I was because I could not tell anyone a name to be contacted other than to ask for anyone at Human resources because I honestly do not know whom to tell recruiting to contact other than that as I do not know anyone specific to urge them to call. I put down anyone because anyone in Human resources should have been able to answer any question they might have had and should have been able to help them. After all, that was what I was told upon speaking to the front desk lady this morning. That anyone would be able to help me in recruiting there at cwrv. I had hoped to be able to get the information needed at a later date if need be based on a telephone call in the morning with Miss Susan. I rushed through the application. I must admit this but had no intentions of deception what so ever. She told me it would take a couple hours as soon as got it back to her. I simply didn't know a specific name for cwrv recruiting folks there at to ask for. I also did not know the phone number as dispatch is all electronic. I have never had and issue, at least so far and had no need to contact anyone at the transport company personally myself. I have been towing 5th wheels for as long as i can remember. I own my own towing company and even now am involved in the tow away division for another company. I meant no malice nor deception in any way but during a brief phone conversation with Brother Brad was made to feel that way and quite frankly a little belittled. Brother Brad FYI I always have and always will keep spotless records as I do run a business myself so to be made to feel like I was beneath you or camping world rv was certainly not necessary. I was made to feel lower than a nat over the phone. My father and Mother taught me to call all men I meet brother in front of there names because they are my brothers in Christ and all ladies I speak too to always say Miss in front of their name. During my conversation with Brother Brad, he was I guess trying to provoke me for some reason and piped up in the middle of my sentence and said don't call me brother Brad just call me Brad. I'm sorry but that was very petty to interrupt me and say that, as I was in fact taught to treat all men as my brother in Christ. Apparently Brother Brad was not taught the same. It was truly a shame because I'm sure he is a nice guy, just not to me. I Called Miss Susan back because I wanted to leave a last message and wanted to thank her for taking the time to speak to me this morning as I had found out why I was denied already and that there would be no reason to call me back. I wanted to leave her the message but she in fact picked the phone up. So I began to say what I just mentioned and she cut me off and said she wasn't getting in the middle of me and Brother Brad because he was her boss which I was astonished by what and how she was speaking to me over the phone. I said miss Susan I don't want you in the middle of anything I just wanted to thank you for speaking to me this morning but didn't get to finish my sentence and was once again cut short. I do not want to be where I'm not wanted to be sure and I surely don't want to be talked down too. I do not deserve that kind of treatment nor does anyones else for that matter. Not even the people that are doing the talking deserve what they dished out to me. Yes I was and am disappointed about todays ordeal but for the life of me I just can't understand how this kind of treatment of others would be allowed. I guess the old biblical term do unto others as they would do to you really is lost as don't want to do that to others like what was done to me today. My hope is that others are treated just a little better than I was today. I'm sure the rest of the cwrv crew are fabulous. The two stars rating is simple for certain ones in recruiting. I've heard that drivers here average about $2,000 or more a week but are the people nice?
