ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo (IBE) honored men who gathered the community to succeed against all odds. Taking place on Saturday, October 7, the event celebrated honorees, including ABC57's LeVon Whittaker, in their efforts of creating a legacy that represent a lasting impact in the community. The Chapter President Robert Taylor said the men embody the theme "Working Together Works." "This year's honorees are very special to us our them working together works is made special by this group of men and are key to this city's growth," he said.
